WHERE ARE TESSURA STUDIO'S PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Our current products are all made in Rome,Italy.
IS THERE A PHYSICAL LOCATION WHERE I CAN SHOP TESSURASTUDIO PRODUCTS?
At the moment we are available online. We have a Studio in Rome open by appointment only, where you can customize some of our products. For updates on pop ups and events check our instagram @tessurastudio.
WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?
Shipping is available only to selected EU countries; if you are located in the UK please contact us via email.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Generally we ship within one week; if the products are in "Preorder" or "made to order", the production and shipping time may vary up to 15/20 days. We recommend writing an email to [email protected] for more detailed information.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING/RETURN?
Unfortunately you have to pay on top for shipping and return since we are a small brand.
IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds; exchanges only.
GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
TessuraStusio has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for an exchange. Any claim regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be submitted within 14 days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks of the return of product(s) are borne by the sender. To accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, and accompanied by all of its accessories.
